The Construction Pro Manager consists of 39construction-based logs divided among the primary functions of aconstruction project: Administrative, Technical and Field. Thesubscribing contractor, whether general contractor, single primecontractor or consulting project manager, can access the 39construction-based logs in a password-protected, cloud-based,intuitive and user-friendly format that requires minimaltraining.The organizational structure is very familiar to project managersand contractors and ensures documents are filed where anyone caneasily find them without the many hours of training most othersoftware products for the industry require. The system is dividedinto three major file categories of construction document storage:Administrative Log File, Technical Log File and Field Log File. TheAdministrative Log File includes such logs as project schedule,insurance, purchase order, requisition, request for proposal, emailand 10 others. Under the Technical Log File, you’ll find theoperational and maintenance manual log, drawing log, equipmenttraining log, punch list and scope of work logs as well as 7others. The accident report log, daily time sheet log, safetyviolation log, inspection report log and 9 others are filed in theField Log File.
